Wow. This is largely why this moderator here feels uncomfortable talking about her medical abuse and sexual assaults that took place under the guise of exams. Despite the fact that racialized medical abuse has happened to my family for generations, I still rarely tell anyone irl about these experiences, because this is the type of response most victims get.

I for one think this girl’s story needs to be told before anyone can make any assumptions. It is possible that the doctor was actually giving her a routine pelvic exam and she just felt uncomfortable, but chose not to say anything. Or she said something, and the doctor stopped immediately.

It’s also possible that she was assaulted and her doctor went far beyond what a routine pelvic exam actually is. No one should be calling her a liar or insulting those who doubt her without actually being told the story first.

I’m fairly certain the latter is the reason for this post? If you’re really here to defend the apologist here, I’m 100% certain I don’t want you following our blog.

Um, I’m sorry? I’m not defending anyone here. I’m saying that everyone who is insulting her and everyone who is defending her should know the story before insulting each other. You have about an equal chance of her lying or overreacting as you do her telling the truth and actually having been assaulted.
